Wait Times

  • Patients are able to request a certain doctor, however some may have extremely long wait times. When the Doctor feels they have reached their capacity for the day they will stop taking requests. You will be advised to see the next available doctor or come back on another day.

  • We strive to make waiting times as short as possible, but this is not always a reality. Nursing staff will triage patients based on the urgency of their condition. Due to the increase of patients to our clinic the wait time can be extreme. Once you have checked in in-person with reception, you may leave the clinic and we text you when you are 5th in line to return to the clinic, we expect you are no further than 5 minutes away.

  • It can is impossible for our staff to judge the wait time, we do not know what anyone is here for. We appreciate your patience and understanding regarding this.

Test Results

  • We request patients return to the clinic to follow up on all ordered test results.

  • Investigations can only be discussed with Doctors, staff are unable to provide results.

  • If you would like to know or discuss your results, you are welcome to see any doctor on duty
